Team Onboarding Guide
Setting your team up for success with Grw AI begins with understanding the platform’s capability to transform sales and customer success processes. As a Team Leader, your role is pivotal in facilitating this transformation. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth onboarding and activation period for your team.
Initial Steps
Setting up is easy and is something we directly help you with.
1. Account Creation and Team Setup
The process starts when you or another leader at your organisation first signs up to Grw AI, creating both the company account and individual team accounts. Whoever first signs up becomes the admin for the company.
2. Sharing your Sales Playbook
Share your sales playbook with us so we can teach our AI coaches about your team’s existing processes and strategies, who your ICP is, what your sales process looks like, etc. This allows us to customise the experience your teams receive from Grw AI to your specific context.
3. Scheduling a Kick-off Call
Schedule a kick-off call with your team to introduce them to Grw AI. This call is an opportunity for the entire team to learn how Grw AI works, its benefits, and how to get started. Ensure all team members have access to a laptop during the call to create their accounts and schedule their first check-ins with Taylor.
4. Pre-Kick-off Communication
Before the kick-off call happens, communicate the importance of Grw AI to your team. Highlight your commitment and the value Grw AI brings, addressing any concerns about adopting a new tool. Emphasize that Grw AI is designed to enhance their work without overwhelming them, requiring only a minimal time commitment for significant benefits.
Initial Period
1. Encourage Engagement with On-Demand Chats
After the kick-off, team members can access On-Demand Chats at any time for support on various sales and customer success challenges. Promote the use of this feature to your team, highlighting its availability and the personalized coaching it offers.
2. Regular Check-Ins with Taylor
Team members will start their scheduled fortnightly check-ins with Taylor. These sessions are a cornerstone of the Grw AI coaching process, providing valuable insights for both team members and leaders.
3. Leverage Coaching Notes
The coaching notes from these check-ins are a rich resource. Make sure to communicate their value clearly to your team. Mention how these notes will be used in 1:1s and team meetings to address challenges and celebrate successes, reinforcing the message that their input is highly valued.
Sustaining Success
- Show Commitment and Belief: Your belief in the value of Grw AI and commitment to integrating it into your team’s workflow are essential. Demonstrating this belief encourages team buy-in and mitigates resistance to new processes.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop where team members feel their contributions through Grw AI are acknowledged and acted upon. This recognition fosters a positive team culture and drives engagement with the platform.
