Starting an On-Demand Chat

To initiate a chat:

  1. Navigate to Coaching Sessions from either the left-hand navigation panel or your dashboard.
  2. Choose the relevant category to start your personalized coaching session.

Viewing Past Chats

Access previous chats by selecting “View past chats” within the Coaching Sessions section. Here, you can review all past conversations and resume any chat as needed.
