Companies and Teams
- Companies: The primary account within Grw AI, capable of hosting multiple teams.
- Teams: Sub-units within companies, each with a specific focus or goal. Teams can include unlimited team leaders and members.
- Flexibility: Team leaders can be a part of multiple teams.
Roles
Grw AI recognizes three distinct roles, each with specific capabilities and access levels:
Company Admin
- Responsibilities: The creator of the company account and the primary administrator.
- Capabilities:
- Add new teams and assign team leaders and members to those teams.
- Access comprehensive insights and statistics for all members across all teams.
Team Leader
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee team members and guide their development.
- Capabilities:
- Access individual coaching notes for all team members within their team.
- View Team Summary coaching notes for each check-in round, offering insights into common themes and challenges within the team.
- Analyze insights and statistics specific to their team members.
Team Member
- Engagement:
- Participate in recurring check-ins with Taylor, Grw AI’s coaching AI.
- Capabilities:
- Access personal coaching notes derived from check-ins.
- Engage with on-demand chats for personalized coaching across various sales challenges.
Common Access
On-Demand Chats: A feature universally accessible to all roles, ensuring every user, regardless of their position, can benefit from immediate, AI-driven coaching sessions.
