Overview
Check-Ins are personalized, AI-driven conversations designed to gauge team members’ progress, challenges, and support needs. These sessions are conducted by Taylor, our AI coach, ensuring a consistent and insightful experience.
Scheduling
- Frequency: Fortnightly by default, with options for customization.
- Initiation: Begins automatically upon company account creation by the team leader/admin.
- Duration: Approximately 10 minutes, akin to a personal 1:1 session.
Process

- Purpose: To support team members, understand progress, identify challenges, and determine support areas.
- Action Items: Team members can schedule their next Check-In in their calendars and access past Coaching Notes via the “Catch Up” section under “Team Rhythms” on their dashboard.
